She carries it well — NOT!
As I was doing my arm weight routine this morning I spied a 40-pound weight and decided to try to lift it (it’s what I’ve lost over the past two years). Holy Freakin’ Moley! I could barely lift the darn thing. And to think I’d been carrying that around. I couldn’t imagine walking the 15 feet across the weight room floor with it, let alone carrying it around all day.
Here’s to fitness!

It is amazing to think how heavy that excess weight actually is in real terms.

No kidding. I even find it tough walking around with two 10-pound weights.

a 40 lb weight loss is awesome! I just looked at your before and after pics and you have done such a great job. Yes, here’s to fitness!!

Congratulations on keeping it off! I bet if I strapped that 40 pound weight to my butt, it would feel just like old times 😉 That kind of nostalgia, I just don’t need!
